Carol and Mick, with the Chellaston Oral History Project, hope to produce another book in the next couple of years, focusing on Chellaston - Then and Now, comparing occupations and experiences of Chellaston past and present.

Any reminiscences of Chellaston during the 20th century would be of interest.

Part of the book will hopefully be about evacuees during the Second World War. We would like anyone with memories of being an evacuee in Chellaston, or of people who accommodated the evacuees to get in touch with us, please.

We are also always on the lookout for any photographs, mementoes, etc. featuring Chellaston. Has anyone any they think we may be interested in?
